Summer Concert Series: Sonic Freeway

About This Event

Outdoor summer concert featuring the band Sonic Freeway.

What to Expect

• 1.Get there early to snag a good view near the stage; Civic Center Park's layout means spots fill up fast and the best patches disappear quickly.
• 2.Bring a blanket or small folding chair and wear comfy shoes because you might need to traverse grassy areas or stand for stretches of time.
• 3.Pack water and a light snack; concessions lines at a park show can be long and there may not be shade everywhere.
• 4.Check parking on West 13 Mile Road and give yourself extra time for traffic and park entry; an outdoor show after work means crowds can swell.
• 5.If you are solo, you can chat with neighbors or simply soak in the vibes; the crowd is usually friendly and the mood is laid back.
