A recurring 8-week session for teens.

What to Expect

• 1.The sessions unfold in a regular teen friendly format inside a local chamber of commerce meeting room; you can expect guided activities and some discussion prompts, so bring something to write with.
• 2.The crowd tends to be supportive but a little shy at first; a quick icebreaker or volunteering to help with a warmup gets you talking without pressure.
• 3.Water will be available, but there probably isn't a full food setup, so plan to have a snack before you go or grab something next door on Main Street.
• 4.Logistics wise, arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front desk, sign consent forms if needed, and get your room assignment.
• 5.If you are new to this kind of program, start with a simple question to the facilitator and sit near other first timers; you can always leave early if you need to.
