The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)

About This Event

A fast-paced comedy staging all of Shakespeare's plays in one night.

What to Expect

• 1.The comedy moves quickly and packs Shakespeare's plays into one performance, so knowing every plot is not required. The rapid-fire references are part of the fun.
• 2.This is a seated theater show, so you can settle in and focus on the stage rather than navigating a standing crowd.
• 3.Arrive a little early to find the theater and get seated before the 7:30 start. The venue is on Woodward Avenue in Birmingham.
• 4.Expect a playful, comedic take on Shakespeare rather than a traditional, full-length staging of any one play.
• 5.If Shakespeare references fly past you, don't worry about catching every one. The broad physical comedy and quick changes are a big part of the appeal.
