A family-friendly event where kids can explore and climb on various trucks and large vehicles.
What to Expect
- 1.You'll get up close to a lineup of real trucks and heavy equipment; many will be open for kids to touch and climb. Listen for staff announcements and look for posted signs to know which vehicles are family‑friendly and which areas are off‑limits.
- 2.Parking around the West Bloomfield Parks area can get crowded after 4 p.m.—arrive a bit early if you can, or plan to park a short walk away. Give yourself extra time for lines and for kids to hop in and out of trucks.
- 3.Dress for outdoors and a crowd: wear comfortable shoes, bring a light jacket, and pack water and snacks. The event is kid‑focused, so be ready for uneven ground and possible weather changes.
- 4.Safety first: keep a firm hold of little hands near moving trucks and never climb into a vehicle without staff permission. Designated touch zones will be supervised; follow all safety instructions.
- 5.Make a mini plan and bring a camera: pick 2–3 must‑see trucks, let kids choose a favorite, and snap photos while you go. The vibe is casual and family‑friendly, so expect a relaxed, wander‑and‑see pace.
