Tuscola County Pumpkin Festival

About This Event

A four-day festival featuring a Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest, Pumpkin Derby, parades, and family-friendly activities.

What to Expect

• 1.Get there early for the pumpkin derby and parade so you can snag a good viewing spot and dodge the biggest crowds.
• 2.This festival is very family friendly with kids activities and photo op moments all around the Tuscola County Fairgrounds in Caro.
• 3.Food vendors spill across the grounds but lines peak around meal times, so plan to eat a bit off peak or bring a few snacks.
• 4.Parking at the fairgrounds fills up fast in October, so give yourself extra time and consider carpooling.
• 5.Check the daily schedule when you arrive because the pumpkin pie eating contest or derby could be scheduled at a specific time.
