Walled Lake Summer Concert: 2XL

About This Event

Free summer concert featuring the band 2XL. Part of the Walled Lake Summer Concerts series.

What to Expect

• 1.It's an open-air park show so you'll see a simple stage set up in Hiram Sims Memorial Park with folks spread out on blankets or low chairs on the lawn.
• 2.The crowd is usually casual and neighborly, with families and friends chatting between songs and enjoying the music at a comfortable pace.
• 3.Pack water and a snack and bring a reusable bottle; park rules vary on outside food, so check ahead if you plan to snack during the set.
• 4.Plan to arrive a bit early for parking and to grab a good spot on the grass, since lawn areas can fill up and shade may be limited as the evening cools.
• 5.If you're solo, you can just soak in the music and people-watch, and if you want to chat, say hi to the folks nearby about the band 2XL.
