Wayne County Senior Fest

About This Event

Community event for seniors featuring assistance from the Wayne County Treasurer's Mobile Office.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early and go straight to the Wayne County Mobile Office desk to get oriented; write down your questions and bring any documents you want reviewed.
• 2.You'll see a cluster of service booths from different county offices offering practical help for seniors, not sales pitches.
• 3.The crowd will skew toward seniors and caregivers, with a calm, friendly, and supportive vibe and plenty of volunteers to guide you; if you need accessibility options, ask for the closest entrance or elevator.
• 4.Parking at the Northwest Activities Center can fill up, so plan to arrive early and allow a moment to find a spot; wear comfortable shoes and bring water if you might wait.
• 5.This event isn't a food festival, so plan to eat before you come or bring snacks; there may be water stations but don't count on full meals.
