Wixom Family Fun Night: Sports Night

About This Event

Themed family activities including sports-related fun and games preceding the summer concert.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to snag a good spot on the grass for the sports stations before the concert.
• 2.Expect a family friendly crowd with kids trying out games and parents helping out; if you are solo, swing by the info tent to get a quick sense of where the activities are.
• 3.Bring water and sunscreen and pack a light snack since concessions at the park can be limited and you'll be outdoors for a while.
• 4.Wear comfy shoes for a bit of walking between stations and the concert area, and bring a blanket or a portable chair if you want to sit.
• 5.If you are new to this kind of event, use the preconcert games as an icebreaker to meet other families with kids around your child's age, but it's totally fine to just watch and enjoy.
