What to Expect
- 1.You'll join a guided adaptive cycling session in Independence Oaks with staff handling bike setup, safety checks, and on-bike coaching throughout the ride.
- 2.The crowd is welcoming and low-pressure, with participants of varying abilities and volunteers ready to assist as needed.
- 3.Pack water, sunscreen, and bug spray; there may be limited on-site concessions, so bring snacks if you’ll be there for a while.
- 4.Plan to park at Independence Oaks and arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in; wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.
- 5.If you’re new to adaptive cycling, ask about bike options and accessibility ahead of time so you know what equipment will be provided.
