What to Expect
- 1.Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in at the front desk and find the studio; the class will start with a quick warm-up so you can get your balance and core ready.
- 2.Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothes and bring ballet slippers or socks if you have them; if you don’t, you can often participate barefoot on a clean floor—just check with the instructor.
- 3.Stay hydrated and bring a water bottle; the routine targets balance, core, and flexibility, so you’ll want quick access to water between moves.
- 4.Ask for modifications if you’re new or easing back into ballet; expect the instructor to offer step-down options and use a chair or barre for support as needed.
