An evening bird walk session at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a little early to meet the guide and get oriented. It’s an evening walk, so bring a light jacket and a small flashlight for the paths around the Ford House.
- 2.If you have binoculars or a camera with a zoom, bring them—birding is all about spotting distant birds; if not, you can still enjoy listening to calls and watching for movement.
- 3.Stay on designated trails and keep voices down so birds aren’t spooked; a calm, patient approach goes a long way.
- 4.Dress for mosquitoes and weather, and bring water; the walk is outdoors and can be cool or humid after sunset.
- 5.Parking and meeting point are at the Ford House; check the RSVP or event details for exact meeting location and plan to arrive with enough time.
