What to Expect
- 1.Sign up at the Information Desk for an appointment; slots run 2–2:30 pm and 2:30–3:00 pm, so aim to sign in a few minutes early.
- 2.Bring any device you want help with (laptop, tablet, phone) and its charger, plus a quick note of what you’re trying to accomplish.
- 3.Describe the issue briefly and show what you’ve already tried so the librarian can tailor the help in half an hour.
- 4.If you’re new to tech, start with basics (wifi access, app updates, or settings) and ask for step-by-step guidance you can reuse later.
- 5.Plan for follow-up if you need more time; you can book additional slots or ask for tips to continue on your own after the session.
