Tech Tuesday Series: Library Apps: More than Books

About This Event

Join us for a hands-on session to learn about all the media streaming platforms you can use to get onto your devices, all courtesy of your library card. Bring your devices!

What to Expect

• 1.Bring the phone, tablet, or other device you want to use, and have your library card handy. The session is hands-on, so you can try the services as they're explained.
• 2.Expect a practical walkthrough of library-card access to media streaming platforms, not a talk focused on physical books.
• 3.Charge your device before you arrive, and make sure you can sign in to its app store or account if needed.
• 4.It's a small-group learning setting at a library, so asking questions as you go should feel natural. Jot down any login or setup issues you want help troubleshooting.
• 5.The session runs for an hour, so arrive on time to catch the setup and avoid having to join midway through.
