About This Event

A screening of the classic film 'The Big Sleep' as part of the Timeless Icons series.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive 15-20 minutes early to grab a good seat; indie cinemas tend to fill up for classics like The Big Sleep.
• 2.Expect a quiet, attentive crowd; keep phones off and whisper only if needed so everyone can enjoy the dialogue.
• 3.Concessions usually offer popcorn, candy, and drinks; lines can be long before showtime, so buy snacks before the lights go down.
• 4.Parking around Milford Independent Cinema can be limited; allow extra time and consider parking a block or two away.
• 5.If you're new to classic noir, take in the mood lighting, sharp shadows, and witty dialogue and you'll likely appreciate the era more after.
