Coffee with Council
About this event
Join members of the Northville City Council for an informal conversation about city projects and community updates.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a little early to grab a seat and settle in; Genitti's is a cozy, small space which makes conversations feel intimate rather than broadcast. Expect a casual chat with council members rather than a formal speech, so have one or two quick questions ready.
- 2.The crowd will be mostly local neighbors, so the vibe is friendly and low pressure. It's easy to strike up a short convo with someone nearby while you sip coffee.
- 3.If you want coffee or a bite, order before or during the intro because the service can shift during Q and A segments. Plan for a quick, non intrusive check of the meal service while listening.
- 4.Parking and arrival: Genitti's sits on East Main Street in downtown Northville, so street parking and nearby lots fill up fast on busy days. Give yourself 10 minutes extra to park, find the entrance, and check in.
- 5.For first timers, bring one concise question or topic you want covered and introduce yourself if you speak up; this is a great way to be seen without making it awkward. You can jot questions on a notepad and raise your hand during the Q and A window.
