Dancin' in the Street & Taste Fest

About This Event

Annual tradition featuring food from local restaurants and live music in the streets of downtown Rochester.

What to Expect

• 1.This event unfolds along downtown Rochester, with food stalls and live music as the main draw. You can wander solo and still have a clear plan by hitting a couple of vendors and one or two stages.
• 2.Expect a bustling but friendly crowd, with people chatting between bites and drinks. If you want to drift between sets, you can do it without committing to anyone in particular.
• 3.Food lines can get long during peak dinner time, so consider arriving a bit earlier or later and carry cash since some vendors are cash only.
• 4.You'll be outdoors on city streets, so wear comfortable shoes and bring a light water bottle; sunscreen or a hat helps if the sun sticks around.
• 5.First timers should grab a map or check the lineup beforehand, plan a route, and remember you can pace yourself so you get a little of everything without burning out.
