About This Event

The Detroit Pistons host the Boston Celtics for their 2026-27 regular season home opener.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive early to catch the opening ceremony and player intros; get in your seat before tip off so you don't miss the national anthem and intro video.
• 2.Expect a packed, high energy crowd with loud chants and horns; Detroit basketball fans are passionate and you'll feel it from the moment the lights dim.
• 3.Concessions lines can be long during peak times; consider ordering ahead if the arena supports mobile ordering, or grab snacks during the first quarter and plan around halftime.
• 4.Parking around Little Caesars Arena is busy; use rideshare or public transit if you can and give yourself extra time for security checks and bag policies.
• 5.If you're solo, try striking up a quick chat with a nearby fan during the breaks; use the live scoreboard to follow plays and soak up the game flow so you stay engaged until the final buzzer.
