Detroit Pistons vs. Chicago Bulls

About This Event

NBA regular season game between the Detroit Pistons and the Chicago Bulls.

What to Expect

• 1.Get there early if you want time to find your section, grab food, and catch warmups; arena entry and concourses can get crowded close to tipoff.
• 2.The game is the focus, so you can mostly settle into your seat and follow along without needing to socialize. Expect loud bursts of cheering, especially during close stretches and big plays.
• 3.Arena food and drinks are convenient but typically pricey. Check the arena's current bag and cashless-payment policies before heading out.
• 4.Woodward Avenue can get busy around game time. Plan your parking or transit ahead, and leave extra time for the walk from your lot or stop.
• 5.If you're new to basketball, watch the scoreboard for the shot clock and fouls; the arena energy makes it easy to get caught up even if you don't know every rule.
