Disney's The Lion King

About This Event

The six-time Tony Award-winning musical features stunningly immersive set pieces, award-winning choreography, and some of Broadway's most beloved music.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan to arrive early enough to park and find your seat without rushing. Detroit's garages and lots near Broadway fill up fast, so give yourself 45–60 minutes before showtime.
• 2.Center orchestra seating offers the strongest view of the elaborate sets and choreography; if you opt for the mezzanine, you’ll still get a great perspective but will be higher and farther from the stage.
• 3.There’s typically a 15–20 minute intermission for bathroom runs, concessions, and a quick stretch—use it to recalibrate and chat about your favorite numbers.
• 4.Dress comfortably with a touch of polish; most people lean casual, but the venue’s historic vibe invites you to feel a touch nicer if you want.
• 5.If you need accessibility services, call the box office in advance to arrange for seating, hearing assistance, or other accommodations; the show is very family-friendly, and staff can help with kid-friendly seating and needs.
