Downtown Rochester Farmers' Market

About This Event

The Downtown Rochester Farmers' Market features local produce, flowers, and specialty foods. Participation is free for visitors to explore a variety of activities and local vendors.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early to snag parking nearby and map out a few stalls you want to hit, then wander at your own pace.
• 2.Bring a lightweight tote and some cash; while many vendors accept cards, a few still take cash and change helps.
• 3.Wear comfy shoes and sunscreen since the market is outdoors along downtown sidewalks and you'll be on your feet for a while.
• 4.Chat with growers and vendors about what they're selling and where items come from you might discover a local favorite you would have missed otherwise.
• 5.Plan a relaxed loop of the market and save time for a coffee or pastry break from a vendor before you leave.
