Early Lit Group: Baby Explorers with Ms. Carolyn
500 Olde Towne Road, Rochester, MI 48307
About This Event
A fun way to introduce early literacy concepts to infants and caregivers in a relaxed setting featuring stories, songs, rhymes, and play-based activities.
What to Expect
- 1.Expect a gentle mix of stories, songs, rhymes, and play rather than a formal sit-still storytime. Babies can join in at their own pace.
- 2.Caregivers are part of the activities, so be ready to sing, rhyme, and play alongside your little one.
- 3.Bring anything your baby needs to stay comfortable, such as a bottle, pacifier, or change of clothes. Public library programs may not have a convenient place to warm food or change a diaper.
- 4.Arrive a few minutes early to get settled with your baby and find a comfortable spot in the library program area.
- 5.It is fine if your baby fusses or needs a break. This kind of group is designed for infants and caregivers, not perfect quiet.
