Early Voting

About This Event

Early in-person voting for the November 2026 General Election.

What to Expect

• 1.Bring a photo ID if you have one. If you do not, Michigan voters can generally sign an affidavit instead, but check the latest state guidance before heading out.
• 2.Look for election signage or ask City Hall staff where early voting is set up. The voting area may be separate from the building's usual service counters.
• 3.The event listing gives a noon start but no end time, so confirm voting hours with Wixom before you go. Early-voting dates and hours can vary by location.
• 4.Allow extra time in case there is a line, especially close to Election Day. If you can, go earlier in the early-voting period.
• 5.Have your choices researched ahead of time so you can move through the ballot at your own pace. You can also ask election workers for help with the process without asking them how to vote.
