Early Voting - Election Nov 2026

About This Event

Early voting session for the upcoming November election.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a practical stop to cast your ballot, not a programmed event. Expect check-in, a ballot, and a private voting area; staff can explain the process if you need help.
• 2.Check the City of South Lyon or Michigan election website before heading over to confirm early-voting hours, eligibility, and any location details. The listed 9:00 AM start may not tell you how late voting is available.
• 3.Bring your photo ID if you have it. Michigan voters without photo ID can still vote by signing an affidavit, but checking the current rules ahead of time can make check-in smoother.
• 4.Allow extra time in case there is a line, especially if you are going before work or near Election Day. Have your candidate and proposal choices researched in advance so you can take your time with the ballot.
• 5.The venue is listed as Downtown South Lyon at City Hall, so verify the exact entrance and parking arrangements before you go. Follow posted signs or poll-worker directions once you arrive.
