Annual Independence Day race including 10K, 5K, and 1 mile events followed by the Milford 4th of July Parade.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive early for onsite bib pickup and packet check; have your ID and any confirmation handy and expect lines if you register day-of.
- 2.Plan your parking near Christ Lutheran Church (620 General Motors Road) and give yourself extra time for road closures around the parade route.
- 3.There are two race options—5K and 10K—with a 1-mile option as well; expect clear mile markers and water stations along the course.
- 4.After you finish, you can watch or walk with the Milford 4th of July Parade right after; there will be vendors and spectators along the route.
- 5.Dress in light, breathable gear, apply sunscreen, and bring a lightweight layer for the post-race parade; the morning sun in July can be intense.
