For the Love of Chemistry

About This Event

A chemistry-themed event for kids and families.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll get to try hands‑on chemistry stations with kid‑friendly demos and plenty of chances to ask questions about what you see.
• 2.Arrive a bit early to park and check in at Kid Chemist on West 12 Mile Road in Novi, and factor in a few extra minutes for any lines.
• 3.Dress for mess—activities can involve colorful solutions and safe splashes, so bring a change of clothes for the kids.
• 4.Bring curiosity and ask staff about the science behind each activity; it’s okay to take time at stations to really explore.
• 5.If you have kids of different ages, be flexible—stick together at some stations and split up at others so everyone can dive into activities their age can enjoy.
