Free Notary Services

About This Event

Free notary services are available on one Wednesday each month. Please bring a photo ID and do not sign your documents before arrival. No appointment required.

What to Expect

• 1.Bring a valid photo ID and wait to sign your documents until the notary asks you to do so.
• 2.No appointment is required, but the service is only available during the listed hour, so arrive with enough time to be helped before 7 p.m.
• 3.Have your paperwork organized and ready, and check beforehand that it needs a notarial signature rather than another service.
• 4.This is a practical, quiet library visit rather than a social event. You can come in, handle your documents, and leave.
• 5.The service is free, but confirm with the library ahead of time if you have multiple documents or need a specialized type of notarization.
