Free Thursday at Cranbrook Art Museum

About This Event

Explore modern and contemporary art, design, and creativity at Cranbrook Art Museum with free admission on Thursdays.

What to Expect

• 1.You can browse modern and contemporary art and design at your own pace, so there's no need to arrive right at opening.
• 2.Thursday hours run into the evening, which makes this an easy after-work visit; check the museum's current exhibition details before you go if you have a particular show in mind.
• 3.Museums are generally easy to visit solo, and the galleries give you a natural focus without needing to make conversation.
• 4.Admission is free on Thursdays, but check the museum's website for any reservation requirements or updates before heading to Bloomfield Hills.
• 5.Plan your transportation ahead of time, since the museum is on Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills rather than in a dense downtown area.
