Georgia O'Keeffe: Architecture Exhibition Trip

About This Event

A group trip to the Detroit Institute of Arts to view the Georgia O'Keeffe: Architecture exhibition.

What to Expect

• 1.Youll spend most of your time wandering through the DIA galleries, with the Georgia O Keeffe Architecture show as the focal point. Plan on about 2 hours to see the highlights and regroup with the group before heading back.
• 2.The crowd on a 50 plus community trip tends to be friendly and low pressure, but you may move at a slower pace and need to wait for the group to regroup.
• 3.Bring water and a small snack; there are cafe options inside the DIA and plenty of nearby spots for a quick lunch.
• 4.Meet at the NEXT center early to check in and coordinate transport to Detroit, and wear comfortable walking shoes for the museum layout.
• 5.First timers should grab a floor plan at the entrance or use a museum app if available. If you need accessibility help, ask staff for the best routes and elevator access.
