What to Expect
- 1.Do some pre-show legwork: pull the exhibitor list, mark 12–15 vendors you actually want to talk to, and plan a tight route so you don’t wander aimlessly.
- 2.Bring lots of business cards and a simple lead-tracking method (paper or a quick app). jot down MOQs, lead times, certifications, and who you need to follow up with after the show.
- 3.Wear comfortable shoes and dress business casual; you’ll be on your feet a lot and covering a big expo floor, so stay hydrated and take short breaks to process the information.
- 4.Have a short, 30-second pitch ready and a few targeted questions for contract manufacturing and custom parts suppliers (capabilities, capacity, certifications, turnaround). Aim to schedule a few quick demos or on-site talks.
- 5.Plan for on-site logistics: parking can be busy around Novi venues, and lunch lines can be long—check if concessions are crowded and factor in time or consider a quick ride-share if needed.
