A full day of Pride Month celebrations including family storytime and activities in the morning and an adult-only drag show in the evening.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive early for the morning family storytime and activities—the schedule fills up and lines can form, so know where to go ahead of time.
- 2.The evening drag show is adults-only, so plan child care if you’re attending with kids and you may be asked for ID at entry.
- 3.Park in the community center lot and follow signs to the main entrance; give yourself extra time since Pride events draw a local crowd.
- 4.Bring layers and water because the venue can swing temperature throughout the day and there’s a lot to stay for from morning activities to the evening show.
- 5.Be respectful and inclusive—the morning portion is kid-friendly and the evening show is a separate adult-focused part of the event, so have a plan if you’re attending with family.
