• 1.You’ll get a tight, observational stand-up routine from Kathleen Madigan—story-driven humor that lands best when you’re seated and paying attention.
• 2.This is a seated theatre show, so arrive a bit early to locate your seat and settle in before the lights dim.
• 3.Downtown Royal Oak parking can fill up, so give yourself 20–30 minutes extra for parking or a rideshare drop-off.
• 4.Concessions and a full bar are typically available, so you can grab a drink before or during intermission—check the venue’s policy on outside food or drinks.
• 5.If you’re new to the venue, expect standard entry lines and a quick security check; have your tickets ready on your phone or printed to speed things up.
