The Library Board of Trustees meets on the second Monday of the month.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll probably see the library board at the front with staff presenting reports and a posted agenda. Expect a formal, orderly pace and notes you can take if you want to follow along.
• 2.The crowd is quiet and respectful; this is not a social event, so mingling is minimal. If you plan to speak, wait for the public comment period and speak clearly.
• 3.Don't expect snacks or drinks in the meeting room; you can grab water in the lobby before it starts. Bring a notebook or device to follow the agenda since it moves at a steady clip.
• 4.Plan to arrive a bit early to find the room and sign in if required; parking around the library can fill up.
