MARVIN - The Marvin Gaye Musical

About This Event

A musical production celebrating the life and music of the legendary Marvin Gaye.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a staged musical telling Marvin Gaye's story through his songs, rather than a standard concert. The production is the main focus, so plan to stay through the performance.
• 2.This is a seated theater event, which makes going solo easy: you can settle into your seat without needing to mingle.
• 3.Arrive with time to find the entrance and your seat at Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts on Madison Street. Downtown traffic and parking can take longer than expected.
• 4.Check the venue's current parking and entry guidance before you leave, and allow extra time if you are driving into downtown Detroit.
• 5.If you want a drink or snack, check what concessions are available and when they open; don't count on having time to leave the theater once the show begins.
