What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a few minutes early to park and check in at the Novi Chamber desk in Twelve Mile Crossing at Fountain Walk; mall parking can be busy before 8 am, so give yourself a buffer.
- 2.Bring business cards or a ready digital contact method and set a goal to meet 3–5 new people so you have tangible follow-ups.
- 3.Have a concise 30-second elevator pitch that covers who you are, what you do, and what you’re hoping to learn or accomplish, then ask open-ended questions to keep conversations flowing.
- 4.Keep conversations casual at first but steer toward practical connections and potential collaborations; there are plenty of one-on-one or small-group chats during the session.
- 5.After the event, follow up within 24–48 hours with a quick note referencing something you discussed; suggest a low-pressure next meeting at a Fountain Walk coffee shop if there’s mutual interest.
