About this event
Household hazardous waste collection event for residents of participating NoHaz communities.
What to Expect
- 1.The event runs 8am–2pm, so plan to arrive early to beat lines and let staff guide you through the drop-off.
- 2.Bring the items you plan to drop off, know what’s accepted, and keep containers labeled and sealed; separate batteries, paints, solvents, pesticides, and electronics as directed.
- 3.Have proof of residency if required and a simple list of items you’re dropping off; this NoHaz drop-off is at Pine Knob Music Theatre, so follow posted signs to the proper entrance.
- 4.Pack smart for your car: use a sturdy tote or box, keep liquids upright, and bring a helper if you’ve got a lot of items.
- 5.Since it’s an outdoor venue, wear sun protection, bring water, and be prepared for a short wait; follow parking and traffic directions posted by staff.
