What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a few minutes early so you can park, check in, and settle before the 8:00 start time at the Vibe Credit Union HQ.
• 2.Have a tight 30-second intro ready that clearly states who you help and the kind of referrals you want, and bring 25–40 business cards just in case.
• 3.Aim to be useful first—offer introductions or quick value in conversations and jot down notes on who you should follow up with.
• 4.Focus on efficient follow-up after the meeting: send personalized messages within 24 hours referencing something you discussed to keep the connection warm.
• 5.Dress business casual and bring a small notepad or device to capture quick notes; the venue is a bank HQ, so keep a professional, respectful tone with everyone you meet.
