Final day of the 2026 Oakland County Fair featuring carnival rides and livestock exhibits.
What to Expect
- 1.This fair sits in a big county park, so you'll be doing a lot of walking. Wear comfy shoes and bring a hat.
- 2.Head to the livestock exhibits early when animals are fresh and the crowds are thinner. Bring a camera and hold onto small kids if needed.
- 3.Rides can have long lines, especially on the final day, so grab a map, pick a couple must see rides, and go early or late to dodge peak times.
- 4.Stay hydrated and shaded. July in Michigan can heat up fast, so bring water and sunscreen and take breaks in the shade.
- 5.Parking can get busy at Springfield Oaks. Plan where you'll meet and give yourself extra time for walking from the lot to the fair entrances.
