Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting

About This Event

Public meeting of the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a public commission meeting, so expect agenda items and discussion about county parks and recreation rather than a hands-on park activity.
• 2.Check the posted agenda beforehand so you know which topics matter to you and when they are likely to come up.
• 3.If you want to speak, confirm the public-comment rules and sign-up process before you arrive; comment periods can have time limits.
• 4.Plan to stay seated and listen for much of the two-hour meeting. Arriving a little early gives you time to find the meeting room and settle in.
• 5.Bring your own water or coffee, since refreshments are not guaranteed at a government office.
