Open House

About This Event

Permanent exhibits interpret local area history and culture.

What to Expect

• 1.Start with the permanent exhibits to get a solid sense of the area's history, then branch out to any rotating displays if available.
• 2.Look for a docent or volunteer who can give quick backstories about the pieces that catch your eye.
• 3.The space is comfortable but compact—set aside about 60-90 minutes so you’re not rushed.
• 4.It's a daytime, family-friendly open house in a small village museum, so expect a relaxed, local-crowd vibe.
• 5.If you’re planning a longer visit later on, bring a notebook or use your phone to note exhibits you want to research later.
