Open Mic at Stingers

About This Event

Weekly open mic night featuring local talent at Stingers in Wixom.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan to arrive a bit early to sign up and get your bearings; the mic order is usually first come, first served, and the host will explain the rules.
• 2.Expect a casual, supportive crowd of locals; people clap for most acts even if they're just learning.
• 3.Food and drinks are available at the bar; you can grab a bite between acts, and be mindful of the kitchen hours.
• 4.Parking around Grand River Avenue can be tight; use nearby lots or street parking and give yourself time to walk.
• 5.If you're a first timer, keep your set short and polished; watch a couple acts first so you know what to expect and don't overstay your welcome.
