TechXpert Computer Help by Appointment

About This Event

Ask basic questions about digital photos, email, internet use, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and library apps like Libby and Hoopla.

What to Expect

• 1.This is one-on-one computer help by appointment, so come with a specific question or task in mind, such as setting up Libby or organizing digital photos.
• 2.Bring the device you use, if you can. For email or library apps, make sure you can access your account, but don't share your passwords with anyone.
• 3.The hour covers basic topics, so jot down a few questions beforehand and prioritize the one you most want to solve.
• 4.Expect a quiet, practical library setting rather than a lecture or group class. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact the library so someone else can use the appointment.
