Open Mic Night

About This Event

Weekly open mic night featuring local comedians.

What to Expect

• 1.Sign up early at the door—lineups fill fast for the weekly Open Mic. Have a tight 3-minute set ready and be prepared for a quick turn on stage.
• 2.The room at a comedy club like this is intimate and the crowd can be forgiving but honest. Deliver your closer with confidence and keep the set tight.
• 3.Don’t heckle or derail the show; show respect for every performer and clap between sets to keep the energy up.
• 4.There’s a bar with drinks and light snacks, so plan to grab a beverage before or after your set and tip the staff for good service.
• 5.If you’re new to open mics, watch a few acts first to read the room’s rhythm, and prepare a simple, personal bit you’re comfortable delivering on stage.
