Open Mic Night

About This Event

A free open mic night for local musicians and performers at one of the premier listening rooms in the country.

What to Expect

• 1.Get there early if you want a mic slot—signups fill up quick in this premier listening room.
• 2.This is a true listening-room vibe, so expect hushed attention during sets; keep side chatter to a minimum and clap between numbers.
• 3.If you’re there to watch, support performers with tips or a quick compliment after their set.
• 4.Check the bar or drink options before you settle in, since most listening rooms offer some beverage service.
• 5.If you’re new to open mics, watch a few acts first to gauge pacing, and plan a tight 2-3 song set with backups just in case.
