What to Expect
- 1.You’ll find a few tables set up with different board games; staff or volunteers will point you to a table and help you pick a quick starter game.
- 2.The vibe is relaxed and low-pressure, so you can chat between turns without feeling like you’re on a strict schedule.
- 3.Food and drink policies in libraries vary, so bring a water bottle and keep snacks to a minimum—snacks may be limited in some areas.
- 4.Since it’s drop-in, you can come anytime between 11:00 and 15:00 and leave when you’ve had your fill; parking is usually available in the lot, and the building is ADA-accessible.
- 5.If you’re new to board games, ask at the front desk for a quick rules intro and start with shorter games to find your rhythm.
