About This Event
A community poetry reading event held in downtown Rochester.
What to Expect
- 1.The readings happen in a quiet room inside Rochester City Hall, with poets taking turns on a small stage.
- 2.The crowd is usually supportive and low key, which makes it easy to attend solo without feeling on the spot.
- 3.There might not be food or drinks provided, so plan to grab coffee or a snack nearby before or after.
- 4.Arrive a bit early to snag a seat and check the program so you know when the next reader is up.
- 5.If you want to participate someday, ask at the front desk about any open mic sign ups.
