A gathering for Pokemon fans to trade cards and play games.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll see tables set up for casual Pokémon card play and trades, with players flipping through binders and proposing swaps. If you have cards to trade, bring a small binder so you can show what you want and what you have.
• 2.The crowd is friendly and low key, and folks will explain rules to newcomers without making you feel slow.
• 3.Food and drink rules in libraries vary; expect quiet zones, so plan snacks outside or in the lobby and keep drinks in a sealable container.
• 4.Arrive a little early to find a table and sign in, know where the front desk is, and park in the library lot on Pontiac Street in Oxford.
• 5.If you're nervous, start by observing a round, then ask to join a trade circle and offer a couple of easy trades to break the ice.
