Township Board Discussion Session

About This Event

Quarterly discussion session for the Charter Township of Commerce Board of Trustees.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a quarterly board discussion, so expect township business and policy topics rather than a presentation or entertainment program. Check the meeting agenda beforehand to see which items matter to you.
• 2.If you want to speak, confirm the public-comment rules and timing with the township before you go. Having your question or comment written down can help you make the most of your turn.
• 3.Arrive a little early to find the meeting room and choose a seat. The venue is Township Hall, so follow posted signs once you reach the building.
• 4.Bring a notebook if you want to track decisions or follow up on an issue. Keep in mind that discussion sessions may not be the same as formal votes on every topic.
