Polar Plunge for Special Olympics

About This Event

Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Registration: - Register at plungemi.org

What to Expect

• 1.Show up early to register and sign waivers at plungemi.org; there’s a quick safety briefing before the 11:00 plunge, so plan to be there 15–20 minutes ahead.
• 2.Dress for the cold andwet: wear quick-dry layers, water shoes, and bring a towel plus a dry change of clothes in a waterproof bag for after you’re done.
• 3.This fundraiser lives in a casual bar & grill vibe, so don’t stress about formality; bring a donation and cheer on other plungers—the crowd tends to be friendly and supportive.
• 4.After you plunge, warm up inside with hot drinks and food and give yourself a few minutes to rewarm before heading home; pace your cooldown accordingly.
• 5.First-timers can participate even if you don’t plunge—volunteer, cheer, or sponsor someone; bring a friend and set a realistic fundraising goal to hit.
