Progressive Detroit Boat Show

About This Event

The 68th annual Progressive Detroit Boat Show continues with hundreds of boats on display, special attractions, and the latest in marine technology.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan your route with the show map; hundreds of boats means you’ll want to hit the big displays early and pace yourself so you don’t miss hidden gems.
• 2.Talk to vendors about features like marine tech, engines, and safety gear, and have a rough price range in mind; ask about warranties and test demos.
• 3.The crowd can be thick, so wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and take breaks near the food court or seating.
• 4.Parking and entry lines can get busy—consider arriving early or on weekdays if possible; check the venue's schedule for gates and accessibility.
• 5.Bring a notebook or use your phone to track boats you like, jot down model names, dealers, and potential financing options.
