SAE WCX World Congress Experience 2026

About This Event

The SAE WCX World Congress Experience is the premier event for the mobility industry.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan to preregister and pick up your badge early at Huntington Place; bring your confirmation email and government ID to speed things up.
• 2.Download the event app or grab a floor map so you can map a route through dozens of exhibitors and live demos; pick a few must-see booths to avoid wandering aimlessly.
• 3.Dress business casual but wear comfortable shoes—you're going to be on your feet a lot as you move through the expansive convention center.
• 4.Food options are plentiful but lines can get long during peak lunch hours, so plan a quick lunch break or pack snacks and water to stay fueled between sessions.
• 5.Parking at Huntington Place can be pricey and limited; consider public transit or rideshare and give yourself extra time for security checks and elevator queues.
